Cancellation & Refund Policy

PRATUSH BOSE believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2–3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
• In the event of a refund approved by PRATUSH BOSE, the amount will be credited within 2–3 business days into original payment method.
